I have worked in studio with GORDON RAPHAEL (producer of The Strokes among others); also with bassist and producer SAMI YAFFA (ex-Hanoi Rocks, now in New York Dolls); and with electronic music producer ANDY CHATTERLEY, with who I have recorded drums for different acts such as Demeter, Skylark or The Buick Project.
In the last 10 years I have been touring extensively UK, Spain and France, and I have played in the States, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Turkey and Russia aswell.
I come from an indie-rock background but, even having a very personal style I can play most styles, anything you want. I'm a 23 years old guitar player/songwriter/singer and I'm looking for drummer, bass player and eventually singer as well to start a band. The idea is this: Muse meets U2. Actually, the energy and power of muse meets the sonic experimentation of U2's POP era. (That would be a power trio playing along with sequences).
I have demos of 8 or 9 songs where I played everything myself and recorded in my homestudio in Italy (did I mention I'm from there??!), and a few more work in progress.

I'm looking for musicians for reform my old Folk Punk band from Brighton. I'm now based in Dundee, looking to set the band up either locally or in Edinburgh.
I'm the electric violinist (hope that doesn't put your off). I may have found a lead vocalist who will work as a front man, in the vein of John Lydon/Iggy Pop, but don't know until we can start rehersing with a band. I'm still looking for drums/bass/guitar.
The tunes I have from 3 CD's worth of material are really a starting point. I want to add more technology into the set, perhaps a DJ, electronic percussion and loops, maybe even a brass section once things are moving, who knows. .
I'd like to get the band up and running pretty quickly - just depends on finding the musicians, get a new demo recorded, and get onto the Scottish/North England gig circuit asap. Would look to doing at least Fri and Sat night gigs every week, looking towards festivals in the UK and Europe - I'd love to do Glastonbury again! I do need the members to be up for it, musically sound. Vocals need to be male, but the rest can be either - or in between I guess. Age, doesn't matter if you're up for it. I'm 31.
As for me, I've played with a number of bands in and around the UK for the past 10 years. I've also got a 1. 4kw PA system for the smaller venues. . .

I do need the members to be up for it, musically sound. Vocals need to be male, but the rest can be either - or in between I guess. Age, doesn't matter if you're up for it. I'm 31.
As for me, I've played with TUT, Blue Horses, Pepe Deluxe, Divine Comedy and Massive Attack, so that'll give you an idea of the commitment I'm looking for - hope I don't sound too anal!
